True Grits

We joined The Matison's, The Ackmans', and The Kloesel's and took the kids to True Grits on Saturday. The kids had so much fun dancing and playing around, and the chicken fried steak was awesome!

At the end of our adventure, I was trying to get a cute picture of the boys, It is IMPOSSIBLE. One smiles, one yawns, one looks away, the other gets up, don't they know that I am trying to capture memories that will last a lifetime. Jeez! All kidding aside, we had a fabulous time exploring the zoo. It was hot, but most of the paths are shaded so it was not to bad. It was not crowded at all, and most of the animals were out to say hello. We will go again later this summer.

And finally, the one decent picture, of the 12 I took, and when I say decent, at least they are both looking at the camera, with happy expressions. I have all boys in my little family, so I am guessing this whole not liking pictures things is going to stick around. Their daddy doesn't even like getting his picture taken. Oh well, I will keep trying!
